Marketnox is a research tool that collects and analyzes publicly available product data (price, sales signals, category, etc.) from various online marketplaces. The data is for information only and is not investment, purchase or sales advice.

2. Account & responsibility

• You are responsible for your account security and login details.
• You must be over 13 years old.
• You may not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

3. Subscription & payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. A 7-day free trial is offered; if you do not cancel before it ends, you are charged for the selected plan. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.

4. Data accuracy

We try to present data as accurately as possible, but absolute accuracy is not guaranteed due to marketplace-side changes, delays or errors. Verify with your own research before deciding.

5. Acceptable use

• You may not overload the Service with automated tools.
• You may not resell or redistribute the data without permission.
• You may not attempt to harm the Service's infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The Marketnox brand, interface and software belong to us. Using the Service grants you a limited personal/business use right only.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Marketnox is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
